Free shipping for orders above €100.
I will always do my best to offer you fair shipping prices.
Some countries may apply customs charge.
All items are shipped in quality packaging to ensure arrival in perfect condition. Items ordered together are combined in package to keep postage as low as possible. Items are send with regular postal service which includes tracking (no receiver signature). I cannot be held responsible for any packages that have been lost in transit. Please contact your local post office with any questions regarding your missing order. I unfortunately, do not have any control over this. If you want the items to be sent via a particular delivery service please contact me.
I can’t mark your package as a gift, or a lower value, as this is illegal.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift & would like it to be shipped directly to that person, please fill in the address as shipping address and use a different billing address. A personalised gift card can be included at no extra charge. Please contact me via email and let us know what you would like the card to say.
Order processing times
Once payment is cleared items are usually shipped within 3-7 working days. As items are made to order, this time frame may increase during busy periods. If you need an order sent quickly please contact me.
All of my products are handmade so please allow 3-10 days for production. Shipping confirmation will be sent when your order has to been dispatched.
Nuage kids is located in France. Shipping within Europe normally takes 3-8 working days. Shipping to the USA and other countries outside Europe takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
Returns must be completed within 30 days from the purchase date. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Refunds (if applicable)
You will be notified by email as soon as your return item is received and inspected. If the return is approved the amount paid for the item (postage will not be refunded) will be sent back to you via the original method of payment, as quickly as possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and I will replace item(s) if you are not satisified for any reason. If there is a problem with the product I will refund the shipping costs and those incurred by returning your item.
However if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs incurred by returning your item. Shipping costs in this case are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning items to me I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) (the french post regularly looses things!)
